How do we dispatch?

Deliveries to UK addresses are via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery depending on the value of the goods sent in the consignment. Overseas orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For. For large sized items please contact us before ordering for a specific dispatch price.

When do we dispatch?

We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days of receiving your order request; however, during busy times it may take up to seven working days. International Customs & Duties

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, no sales tax (VAT) will be added to your order. However, if you order goods to be delivered outside the European Union they may be subject to import duties or taxes when they enter the country of delivery.
